Fees

Balance

Stridee takes no cut of your payments. Here's what is deducted and why.

How fees work

Stridee charges no platform fee. Not on the free plan, not on Club, not on Club+, not above any revenue threshold. Whatever someone pays you, you keep — minus only what the payment processor charges to move the money.

There is exactly one deduction on an incoming payment:

  1. Processing feeStripe, our payment processor, charges a credit card fee (typically 2.9% + 30 cents). This is an estimate — the exact rate depends on the card type and the buyer's country.

You can tap any transaction in your balance to see the exact breakdown.

About processing fees

Stridee makes no money on processing fees. They are simply the cost of working with payment infrastructure, and we pass them through to you at cost with zero markup. You can see Stripe's full pricing breakdown on their pricing page.

Payout fees

Moving your available balance to your bank account is the one thing that still costs something. Stridee makes no money on this either — it's passed through at cost from Stripe Connect, typically 0.25% + €0.10 per payout, plus €2 per month for any month in which you receive a payout. The fee comes out of the amount you request rather than on top of it, so a €500 payout leaves €500 of your balance and €498.65 arrives in your bank. See Payouts for the full breakdown.

Older payments

Payments taken before we dropped the platform fee still show a Stridee fee line in their breakdown, because that is what was actually deducted at the time. Anything received since is free of it.
